WIDE

17 September 2017

A few weeks ago I finally received my order from Rosegal, this includes this adorable wide leg jeans. I got this one. AND YES. I love wide pants so much now, I think i'm gonna order so many more of them.

Do you see that yellow belt in these pictures aswell? I was waiting for so long to order it, when I was looking on websites it was ALWAYS sold out. I was so sad, but when I received it I didn't know if I should keep it. I guess I am. It's been so long since I spent so much money on one item. I never spended this much on a belt, most of the times it's shoes that gets that much love haha.

My hair is totally faded out as you can see in this picture, it's been too long since I took some pictures of my outfit. Rain loves The Netherlands sadly.

You can wear the pants in 2 ways. The bottoms folded up or just down, I like both!

When I wore the jeans for a whole day my thights hurt because the pants were so wide it constantly touches my thights lol. I never had that because I never wore these kind of jeans, maybe it's because of the materials? Now I only wear the jeans with a short legging underneath so my thights won't touch anymore. I wanted to throw the short leggings away because I never used them! I'm glad I didn't threw them away.

I ordered size "S" which fits perfectly. I have size XS / EU34. If you're not sure what size to pick, just measure yourself and look at the size chart.

SEND NUDES + BANG GOOD REVIEW

1 September 2017

Gotta love what GetLostPerv does! The drawings and the spirit is just everything. The quality of this awesome shirt is also just insane. I love how the shirt feels and I could wear it everyday, lately I haven't been going out of the house so much so I worn this shirt a lot. I finally could go out again and wear this shirt. I styled it with my striped pants from H&M. I have these for over 4 years now, there are some stains on it so i'm kind of searching for a new pair.

PANTS - H&M
HEELS - EBAY

This gorgeous holographic bag is from Banggood, it's a small bag but if you don't have to take a lot of things with you it's handy. You could bring it when you don't have any pockets or if the pockets are too small. It could fit some sunglasses, keys, your phone and your wallet in it. I don't really take a lot with me when going out, just the essentials. I also take everything out of my bag when i'm home again, I just think it's a big hassle taking unnecessary things with me.

The bag is from a good quality, it's thick and the material is so shiney! I love the holographic fabric, it's simple and it adds something extra to your outfit. I have never ordered anything from Banggood so this is a first! I'm really happy how the bag looks.

Shipping took a little bit longer than 2 weeks. I ordered the bag on July 20th and it was shipped on July 21th. I got the bag on August 7th or 8th, i'm not sure because I got two packages that day. It also had a label on it that it contained battery's or something, I thought it was weird because I didn't know what was in it since I order a lot of things on the internet. When I opened it, it was the bag!! What a surprise huh? This bag fitted perfectly in the box which was so satisfying.

This is how the bottom of the bag looks like. No scratches, nothing.

This is the front of the bag. The chain is still in the bag, just how they shipped it.

The side.

The back of the bag. There are some scratches on the bag, but hey it's the back. I also see a face in the holographic fabric, do you see it?

The other side.

This is how it looks like in the inside. There is this button that closes the bag.

The lining is this brown color, I don't really like this color in the inside. I think I would like it more if it was a pastel color or just black or white. This color doesn't really fit this whole bag. The chain is dark grey and the lining is brown, so weird. It doesn't make any sense.

Other than a few scratches and the lining, I love how the bag looks on me and it's not too long or too short for me. The size is also perfect if I only want to bring my essentials. I don't really need a lot of stuff on me so it's okay! I would recommend this bag if you like small bags and holographic! They also have this one in 2 other colors, pink holographic and black/purple holographic. If you go to the link you can totally see that it's exactly like the pictures. That's a plus!

DENIM CHOKER - SHOP CHOKERS
JEANS - ALIEXPRESS

Me wearing a yellow shirt, it's a first. I kinda like it. My pink hair gives a nice contrast to the yellow. For this outfit I was riding my bike for a good 30 minutes or more looking for a nice place to take pictures. I saw some other awesome walls but I wasn't sure if I could take pictures over there. It said it was private property so I didn't go. I also feel awkward sometimes taking pictures of myself while people are passing by haha. I still didn't get used to it. In fact, this time this guy approached me when I was setting up. He wanted me to take pictures of his kid, I didn't had time because I also had to take other outfit pictures. No one ever approached me when taking pictures lol, that was also a first.

PINK

11 August 2017

Yes! I have this haircolor for a little bit more than a week now. I love the color underneath more than the one on top because I think it's way to bright for me. I only put "virgin pink" from Arctic Fox on my entire hair, I only had a 118ml bottle so I couldn't cover my whole hair. In the back you can still see some orange but i'm going to do a touch up soon. I bought some new budget hair colors from the budget store Action, I really hope it will work on my hair.

I have been wearing this outfit a few times now and I can't get over it! This puffy blouse is one of my favorite and unique pieces in my closet. I'm actually looking for some more pieces like this, I just love this kind of style. So cute and classy at the same time. When shooting these pictures I actually forgot to bring my tripod with me haha. I used the little bench infront of the building and put my wallet under my camera to hold it. This really reminds me when I was starting my blog in 2012, such a long time ago where I used books and my ironing board to hold my camera haha.

5x cute summer outfits with dresses

3 August 2017

Summer is going wild this year! The weather is doing good, and i'm also feeling a lot better right now. Still not 100%, but i'm okay. August, you're almost here but it's going to be awesome. If you don't have any outfit inspirations anymore for the summer, no worries! Because I created 5 cute outfits with using dresses from YOINS.

The first outfit is this cute cut out dress with suspenders and buttons in the front. Lately i'm wearing my gingham suspender dress a lot! It's just way too cute, and you can always wear a shirt underneath if you're not comfortable wearing only the dress.

Long sleeved dresses are not boring! This adorable flower printed dress with a cut out in the front is way too cool. I styled it with these awesome glasses from Kendall + Kylie. I would love to have a pair of these. If you are into patterns, they have a lot of different stylish dresses for women online.

Not afraid to wear all black in the hot summer? You would totally slay this outfit! Killer heels and this striped beret!

Classy blue/grey dress is everything you need in the summer. It's cute and classy at the same time, you don't have to think what you have to wear for the day. Just throw this on and wear it with slip ons, and you are ready to go!

Not into colorful outfits at all, but you also don't want to wear all black? Here you go!

Not really into dresses? YOINS also has various fashion womens tops online. Let me know what you think of the outfits I created.

My favorite high cut bikini's from Rosegal

22 July 2017

It's summer so it's time to show off all your cute bikinis, high cut bikini's are really hot right now! I listed all my favorite ones in this article from Rosegal. They are a webshop based in Spain where you can buy not only clothes but also home accessories, shoes, bags, socks and more. They also have cute Patriotic Swimwear for special occassions in America.

This grey one is so simple but minimalistic aswell. I love the borders and the small band on the top of the panty. They have this one also in 4 other colors.

Roses are also really trendy right now, you see embroidered roses on not only bikinis like this but also on shoes, jackets, jeans, skirts, backpacks and ohh.. much more! I haven't seen a bikini like this before, it's a haltered bikini with a small opening in the middle.

This mesh detailed bikini is another really cool bikini, if you look close you can see the mesh a little bit. The panty just looks so adorable with the layers like this.

Looking for a sexy but sporty looking bikini? You got it! I love the simplistic design of this one, i

More into cute stuff? Ruffles are the way to go. These ruffles are not too much, just a little bit of cuteness on the beach!

WHYWHYWHY

21 July 2017

TOP - ALIEXPRESS
JACKET - BERSHKA
BELT - FROM A RANDOM SKIRT
PINK DENIM - PULL&BEAR
SOCKS - ALIEXPRESS
SNEAKERS - NIKE AIRMAX 95
BAG - ZARA

For some reason I love to wear jeans in the summer. I don't think it's that bad, wearing jeans in the hot summer weather. I used to wear all black in the summer and I was burning but hey, everything for looking good right? It's already July, so only a few weeks left and my holiday is already over! Year two is coming up for my study and it will be a rollercoaster again. This year went by way too fast, it's just crazy how life goes. My favorite song at the moment is "Wild thoughts" by Rihanna and DJ Khaled haha, I just love the whole vibe of the music video. We don't say "Work, work, work" anymore but "Why, why, why".

In the past few weeks I also wanted to clean my stuff more, I wanted to become more of a minimalistic person so I cleaned my closet again and got rid of four big shopping bags filled with clothes. I donated them all to a secondhand store, so I hope they will go to a good place. When I was younger I always thought that more was better, but now I think that it's better to have less "things". Less cleaning and more time for better and important things.

How to organize your own event/party?

20 July 2017

Paperless Post asked me to write a post about how I organize an event. How do I get ready for it, what do I prepare and how I invite my guests. The thing about organizing an event is, it takes a lot of work! I think about all the small details months before the actual event. For example my birthday party, it's been too long since I organized one for myself. When I organized that, I send a customized digital invitation with a picture of me and all the information. Oh, it was way back! I just got into my Graphic Design study so I totally wanted to make the invitation by myself haha. I think it's been around 4 years since I organized that party. When writing this post it made me realize I should organize my birthday parties again, maybe I will next year.

I really love paper invitations, you can feel them and touch them. It's a real thing that you can keep and hold. Just like Christmas cards, I love getting them and holding them. A few years ago it was normal to get paper cards but in time it changed into digital cards. I think it's a lot easier to do, you just send an e-mail with an invitation... and it's done! You only have to wait for a reply, even if you are sending an actual card they won't send a card back to say that they are coming or not haha. In these times they just send a Facebook message or Whatsapp message. I think invitations are an important part of organizing the actual event, they know a little bit what theme of the event is going to be. Paperless post has a lot of different cards and invitations to choose from, whether you are going to send them digitally or by post.

Before sending any invitations you have to know when the event is, where you are going to have the event. Is it going to be at your home or somewhere else? Call away if you want to rent a place. It's also important who you are going to invite. If you are going to send the invitations digitally you have to know their e-mail adresses, phone numbers or social profiles. Or if you prefer sending post invitations you have to know their adresses and if you don't have that you have to ask for it. Most of the time they will ask you why you need their adresses which is less of a surprise.

How do I pick an outfit?

When it's almost time to get ready, I always pick a few outfits and try them on. When I finally decided what to wear, I might change the outfit again haha. Maybe another shirt or skirt, no earrings or different ones. Of course it depends on what the theme of the party is, if they have a dresscode: stick to that! It would be so awkward to wear red in a black and white party. I think it's also weird if no one sticks to the dresscode.. why would there be a dresscode in the first place?

Dresscode ideas

So if we are talking about having a dresscode, what dress codes are we thinking of? I have some ideas if you are hosting the event yourself. I also picked the invitation card for it to match them. How convenient right?

70's party

Back to the (insert year) is always a fun idea to do. Why don't you held a 70's theme party where you can wear flower crowns and an all flower everything outfit! Taking photos in a 70's setting with vintage seats and some 70's music.

Link to card.

Pool party

How cute is this card! The drawings are taken from above with some cute floating pool chairs. Fun pool chairs like unicorns and pizzas are really trendy right now! So if you have any, go throw a pool disco party!
People could wear swimwear, I bet everyone has those. Fun and easy!

Link to card.

Unicorn party

If you love magical things and unicorns as much as I do myself, unicorn party it is! People could dress up as a princess and prince, or even an unicorn kigurumi.

Link to card.

Gold party

Even though this is a wedding invitation, you could always use it for something else. How about a classy gold suit and tie party. Gala dresses and fancy fingerfood.

Link to card.

If you know when, where, and who is coming you can plan what food and drinks to buy. I made a list what you should totally not forget to buy. For example: don't forget to buy your decorations! It's always fun to decorate, you could buy or make your own decorations. I also added some more handy information to make organizing your event easier so you won't forget anything.

You can download and print the checklist for free. :)

What kind of event are you going to organize? Are you going to have a theme or is it just a party for fun? Maybe a BBQ party since it's nice outside, or a housewarming because you just moved. Let me know what you think of the check list and if you used it.
